The Mirror from James 1:23-24

When I look into the mirror, I don’t like what I see.

I know that I am not, who you want me to be.

I want to see your glory, Shining on my face.

But it will only be there, if I meet you in our place

Help me make the time each and every day,

To allow you Father to show me your way.

  1. Glory be God that he’s kind and gentle with us– yes, good at disciplining as well, but in love with grace and in order to lead us in his right direction– and to refine us in the fire to become even more like Him. We will never be perfect until we’re with him him glory, but that’s why we need a Savior, and that’s why he paid it all on the Cross– and His name is Jesus!
